The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Central Park and various museums, with subway access nearby. The room was spacious enough for four people, and I appreciated the cleanliness and availability of amenities like a mini fridge and water bottle fill station. However, the bathroom counter space was a bit limited, and the price felt high for the season. I would have liked a more robust dining option on-site.

Had a great time with friends! Our room was spacious, and we loved the location—close to Central Park and the 5th Avenue shops. Don't miss the wine and snacks in the afternoon! Quick check-in and helpful service, and our room was quiet and clean, which made our stay even better.

Amazing room size! We had so much luggage and still had space to breathe. Plus, the fridge was a delightful surprise and the proximity to all major attractions was just fab!
But seriously, why send my ID to a stranger? All I wanted was to relax, not audition for a spy movie!

The location was fantastic, very close to Central Park and plenty of restaurants. I loved the convenience of the app for checking in and accessing my room, though I did have some issues with it working all the time. The amenities were nice, like the free water refills, and the lounge had some essentials that were easy to grab. Overall, it was a comfortable place for my trip to see the nearby attractions.

I absolutely loved the elegant and chic design of the lobby, especially the stunning two-story gas fireplace that added warmth and ambiance. The space felt welcoming and accessible, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate comfortably.
More assistance with luggage for seniors would help.

I loved the spacious, clean, and modern feel of the room, which made my stay so enjoyable, and being just a few minutes' walk from both Bryant Park and St Patrick's Cathedral was such a delightful perk that added so much to my weekend city strolls. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the self-service aspect of the hotel, even though some basic amenities like breakfast weren’t provided.

Amazing stay!
Spent 5 nights in a king suite with a terrace and loved it! The bathroom setup was super handy, and the shower? Wow, just wow! The staff were really nice and helped me score a dinner reservation. Only bummer was the sofa bed was a bit stiff but still comfy overall.
